What information do you actually remove?
We remove your personal information from people-search websites (Whitepages, Spokeo, BeenVerified, Intelius, and 30+ more), data broker databases, reverse phone/address lookup sites, public record aggregators, and Google Search results — anywhere a legitimate removal or opt-out mechanism exists.
Is removal permanent?
Not permanently — and we're upfront about that. Data brokers refresh their databases from public records every 60-90 days. That's why monitoring matters. We detect reappearances and re-submit removals automatically. Annual renewal keeps your protection active.
What do you need from me?
Your full legal name, current and past addresses, phone numbers, and email address. Just enough to identify your records and submit opt-outs. No Social Security numbers, no ID scans, no sensitive documents. We never ask for anything we don't need.
Do you sell my data?
Absolutely not. We're a privacy service — selling data would be insane. We collect your information only to perform removals, share it only with data brokers as needed for opt-out requests, and don't use it for anything else. Read the authorization agreement if you want the legal language.
How is this different from doing it myself?
DIY takes 8-15 hours spread across 30+ sites, each with its own verification process (emails to click, CAPTCHAs to solve, phone codes to enter). You also have to remember to recheck every few months. We handle the entire cycle — scan, submit, verify, monitor, re-remove. Plus we keep a living database of each broker's current process so we catch changes immediately.
How long does removal take?
Most brokers process opt-outs within 24-72 hours. Some take up to 10 days. We initiate all removals within 48 hours of signup and verify each one independently after the processing window.
What if my information reappears?
It will — that's normal. Data brokers refresh from public records. We monitor on a schedule (7, 30, 90, 180 days) and automatically re-submit removal requests for anything that comes back. Your subscription covers this cycle.
Is it safe to give you my information?
We collect only what's needed to perform removals, encrypt it in transit and at rest, and store nothing beyond what's needed for monitoring. We don't share your data with anyone except the brokers processing your opt-out requests. We're in the business of deleting data, not collecting it.
What can't you remove?
Government public records (property deeds, court filings, voter registration), FCRA-compliant background check companies, content you or your family posted yourself, and anything legally required to be public. When removal isn't possible, we tell you exactly why.
